The Residence boasts breathtaking Lake and Mountain views, take in the famous Queenstown sunsets on the sunny terrace before heading to relax in the spa pool. The main living area is made up of an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, all with beautiful views over Queenstown. The rooms are comfortable and private with modern bathrooms. The house comprises of a large apartment with a studio(separate entrances).

"Great place to have everyone together but also have space since every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The view is incredible and the kitchen is nicely stocked for how many people the house sleeps. Juliet was lovely to communicate with and the listing is very accurate. The listing does state that the house is up the hill in Queenstown so be prepared for leg day but still only 5 mins to the edge of town and the view from the house is worth it."
