We highly recommend using Signed and Tracked delivery for your MTB t-shirt. Bike Morzine will not be held responsible for any postage issues with economy postage.

How long will my Bike Morzine MTB t-shirt take to arrive?
All Bike Morzine merchandise is posted out within 1 working day of receiving the order. Bike Morzine Mtb merchandise is packed & shipped from our warehouse in the UK and posted via Royal Mail first class. Postage times will vary depending in your location, but find a rough guide below:

UK-  1 to 3 working days
Europe - 3 - 5 working days
Rest of the World - 5 - 7 working days

Can I return my order?
Absolutely, if the sizing is incorrect or you are unhappy with your Bike Morzine merch in anyway, You can return your MTB t-shirt or Hat order to our UK warehouse within 30 days, for an exchange or full refund. Providing it is in an unused and re-sellable condition.

During the summer months of June - September, you certainly can from one of our Morzine Accommodations. However for the rest of the year, Bike Morzine merchandise is available exclusively online.
