Edinburgh Heights sits on Queenstown Hill, just minutes from the town centre, with sweeping views of the Remarkables and Lake Whakatipu from several levels. Four bedrooms sleep up to eight.

The main living area is all floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights, with a log burner for cooler evenings. Outside you get a private spa pool with lake views, a courtyard with an outdoor fireplace for alfresco dinners, and a front balcony for a post-ride beer. The master suite has a king bed, walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite with a spa bath, and upstairs there's a bunk room with its own TV and sofa that the kids will love.

For the bikes there's a garage with mountain bike storage, plus a driveway space and plenty of street parking.
