Karamata is a chalet-style villa in an elevated spot with remarkable views over Lake Whakatipu, and it's only a 10-minute downhill walk into the centre of Queenstown. Three bedrooms sleep six, which makes it a great fit for a group of mates or a couple of families riding together.

Upstairs, the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has big windows, a balcony and a schist stone fireplace. Downstairs there's a second lounge with a sofa, office space and its own bathroom for anyone after some quiet time. Every bedroom has its own ensuite and TV, two of them can be set up as a king or as twin beds, and air conditioning throughout keeps you cool through a Queenstown summer.

There's a large double garage for your bikes and gear, plus an extra off-street parking spot behind the villa.
