Queenstown Lakefront Dream is a timber home right on the edge of Lake Whakatipu, midway between Queenstown and Frankton. The lakeside walking and cycling trail is accessed directly from the property, so you can pedal towards Queenstown or Frankton straight from the door.

The split-level layout works well for bigger groups: three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, plus a separate self-contained studio downstairs for anyone who wants their own space. The open-plan living area has picture windows with sweeping lake and mountain views, there are heat pumps in every bedroom, and the spa pool on the deck looks straight out over the water.

There's ample storage for mountain bikes, plus drying facilities for wet kit. One thing to know: the log burner isn't in working order, so heating is by heat pump.

Bedroom Layout
Bedroom 1 (master): Queen bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2: 2 x King Singles (can be made up as a King on request)

Bedroom 4: Queen bed in the private downstairs studio, with its own bathroom

There's also a main bathroom with a bath and shower, and a separate toilet.
